The Board shall conscientiously work towards carrying out the Mission Statement of the Council and bringing its Vision Statement to ever greater reality.

The Board shall consider and propose to the Bishop the allocation of funds for projects in accordance with norms established by Revenue Canada.

For particular purposes the Board of Directors may appoint "ad hoc" committees from within the Council and Board to make recommendations to the Board on such matters as may be delegated to such committees by the Board. The Director and the Chairperson shall be ex-officio members of all such committees.
