The Office of Human Resources is responsible for recommending, developing, implementing, and supporting diocesan employment policies, practices and procedures relative to lay employees for the use of all parishes and offices/ministries/programs of the Diocese Conducting the Human Resources functions for the lay staff, offices and ministries of the Catholic Pastoral Centre Supporting Parishes supporting parishes with employment matters Administering the Strengthening our Parish Communities policies and protocols.
